Every Nomadik Overland drawer system is designed with durability, functionality, and simplicity in mind. Our systems are engineered to handle demanding off-road conditions while providing practical, organized storage for everyday use.
MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION
- Frame: Heavy-duty aluminum extrusion construction.
- Drawer Boxes: Premium Birch plywood.
- Top Surface: Durable Hexaply Birch plywood.
- Drawer Slides: Heavy-duty 500 lb-rated locking drawer slides.
- Faceplates: Hexaply Birch or pre-designed printed graphics, with custom artwork available on select packages.
- Mounting: Vehicle-specific mounting hardware for secure installation.
INSTALLATION & FITMENT
Our drawer systems are designed for vehicle-specific installation using factory mounting locations wherever applicable.
- Installation hardware is included.
- Installation instructions are provided.
- Professional installation is not required for most configurations, although assistance may be recommended due to the size and weight of the system.
- Free local installation is available at our Florence, Arizona location by appointment.

- Periodically inspect mounting hardware and fasteners.
- Keep drawer slide tracks clear of dirt, sand, and debris.
- Check that drawers are fully secured before driving.

At Nomadik Overland, we take pride in building high-quality products and ensuring they arrive safely at their destination. Because our products vary in size, weight, and construction, we utilize different shipping methods to provide the most appropriate delivery experience.
Please review the following information before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Drawer Systems & Made-to-Order Products
All Nomadik Overland drawer systems are built to order. Production lead times may vary depending on the vehicle model, selected configuration, customization requirements, and current order volume.
Estimated production times are provided at checkout, on applicable product pages, or during order confirmation.
Important: Production lead times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.
Apparel & In-Stock Accessories
T-shirts, apparel, and in-stock vehicle accessories are generally prepared for shipment after order processing. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
If an order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, products may be shipped separately.
2. DRAWER SYSTEM SHIPPING — LTL FREIGHT
All Nomadik Overland drawer systems are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight with liftgate delivery.
Due to their size, weight, and construction, drawer systems require specialized freight handling to help ensure safe transportation.
What to Expect
- Drawer systems are shipped using an LTL freight carrier.
- Liftgate delivery is included to assist with unloading the shipment from the delivery truck to ground level.
- Freight deliveries are typically made to the curbside or another location accessible to the carrier.
- The freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
- An adult may be required to be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
- Freight delivery does not include bringing the system inside your home, garage, or vehicle, or performing installation.
Important: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible to a freight truck. Limited-access locations, remote properties, and addresses with restricted truck access may require special arrangements or additional charges.
Freight Delivery Inspection
We take great care in preparing our products for shipment. However, freight shipments can occasionally experience damage during transit.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.
Upon delivery:
- Inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage, including punctures, crushed corners, tears, or signs of mishandling.
- Verify that all packages or shipping units listed on the delivery paperwork have arrived.
- If damage is visible, photograph the packaging and affected areas before unpacking whenever possible.
- Clearly document any visible damage or missing items on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- Contact Nomadik Overland as soon as possible with photographs and a description of the issue.
If damage is discovered after delivery, retain all packaging materials and contact us promptly.
Signing a delivery receipt without noting visible damage may make a freight claim more difficult to resolve.
If a shipment appears severely damaged, please contact us before refusing delivery whenever reasonably possible.
3. APPAREL & ACCESSORY SHIPPING
T-shirts, apparel, and applicable vehicle accessories, including base plates, are shipped through standard parcel carriers.
Depending on the product, package dimensions, destination, and available shipping services, we may utilize:
- FedEx
- UPS
- DHL
- USPS
The shipping carrier and service level are selected based on the requirements of the shipment.
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, selected service, destination, and circumstances outside our control.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are determined by the product type, shipment dimensions, weight, destination, and applicable carrier rates.
Drawer Systems: Shipped via LTL freight with liftgate delivery. Applicable freight charges will be provided during checkout or through a shipping quote.
Apparel & Accessories: Shipped using standard parcel services. Applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout or otherwise communicated before shipment.
Additional charges may apply for remote destinations, limited-access delivery locations, address corrections, or special delivery requirements.
Any additional charges requiring customer approval will be communicated before they are incurred whenever reasonably possible.
5. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing available tracking information.
For LTL freight shipments, tracking details may include a freight carrier name and shipment tracking or PRO number.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
While we work hard to meet estimated production and shipping timelines, delays can occasionally occur.
Potential causes include:
- Carrier scheduling and transportation delays
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Freight terminal congestion
- Holidays and peak shipping periods
- Remote or limited-access delivery locations
- Supply chain disruptions
- Unexpected production or equipment issues
Nomadik Overland cannot guarantee specific delivery dates unless expressly confirmed in writing.
If a significant delay affects your order before shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated timing.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & MISSED DELIVERIES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Please verify your shipping address, phone number, and contact information before submitting your order.
If an address correction is required after shipment, additional carrier fees may apply.
For freight deliveries, customers should coordinate with the carrier regarding delivery appointments and access requirements.
Missed freight delivery appointments or unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in redelivery, storage, or other carrier charges.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal unrelated to documented shipping damage, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact Nomadik Overland as soon as possible.
When reporting a shipping issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of damaged products and packaging, if applicable
- Any relevant carrier documentation
Please retain the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
We will work with you and the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
9. LOCAL PICKUP & INSTALLATION
Nomadik Overland offers local pickup and complimentary installation for eligible drawer systems at our location in Florence, Arizona.
Local pickup and installation are available by appointment.
Please contact us before placing your order or select an available local pickup option during checkout to coordinate arrangements.
10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping availability varies depending on the product, destination, and carrier requirements.
Customers interested in international delivery are encouraged to contact Nomadik Overland for a shipping quote before ordering.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
